What is Laguna Artisans?

Laguna Artisans brings together a collection of independent artisans, designers and craftspeople from and around Laguna Beach, CA, and delivers their work straight to you, the consumer. We're passionate about supporting local art and championing independent makers. In fact, the idea for Laguna Artisans sprang out of engagements with the local arts community, beginning with a store we opened in 2014 in downtown Laguna Beach that sold goods by local craftspeople. Since then, we've moved online to continue our mission to bring unique, high-quality goods from independent artisans to curious consumers far and wide.

 

Are all products featured on your site from Laguna Beach?

No, but all are by artisans from Southern California, and the vast majority ship from production sites in and around Laguna Beach, in Orange County, CA.

 


Do I need a PayPal account to shop on Laguna Artisans?

No, you don't! When you check out, PayPal will allow you to use any major credit card to complete your purchase. Simply click the PayPal icon and choose how you'd like to pay. PayPal is a safe, secure and fee-free way to shop online.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Please see our Shipping tab at the footer of the page. Shipping times vary, since we work with many different makers scattered all over Southern California; however, most items ship within 7 business days upon receipt of order, via USPS.


What is your return policy?

Return policies vary by maker, so please review product descriptions before you place your order. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. We all strive to make you completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not, please get in touch!


I have a problem with my order. Who do I contact?

We want you to be completely happy with your order, from start to finish! If you need another size or color, or if your item isn't exactly what you thought it'd be, go ahead and get in touch - we'll try our very best to make it right. All our artisans take pride in their work, and like us, they want to see you loving your order as much as we do. Contact us with any problem by clicking the Contact link at the tab in the bottom right. Someone will get back to you as soon as we can.


I want to cancel an order. How do I do so?

Contact us right away by clicking the Contact in the bottom right.


If I order multiple items, will they all arrive in one package?

It depends. If you order multiple items from the same maker, they may arrive in the same shipment. Many times, though, and when you order from multiple makers, your order will arrive in separate packages. Our makers ship independently, from their individual studios or homes, in order to maximize efficiency; thus, not everything will arrive at precisely the same time. I'm an artist. Can I sell with Laguna Artisans?
