LagunaArtisans.com is dedicated to making your experience with us, our makers, and their goods as awesome as it can possibly be. It's our goal to make you happy, and if you're not, we'll do everything we can to turn that frown back upside down.
For any customer service related question, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We work hard to answer all queries as expeditiously as we can.
Most of the products on our site are covered by a 30-day return policy. That means you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. There are a few exceptions: Custom or Made-to-Order products are not returnable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. On occasion, such as our Final Sale items, products may not be returned at all or may only be exchanged. These exceptions are clearly stipulated on the product page. All returns will be refunded (minus any initial shipping costs) using the original payment method.
All shipping is determined on the product weight. If you are ordering multiple products from different makers, there may be an additional charge.
- Due to weight, size or packaging, some products may have additional shipping fees which are listed on each product page.
- We ask you to remember that our products are made and shipped by a number of unique, independent makers, and so, shipping times may vary. We do our absolute best to make sure your amazing products arrive in as short a time as possible.
